Research Camp
The research station is a simple tented camp situated within the dry savanna Kalahari. There are four large tents for living, each equipped with beds and storage space. Each tent has a bathroom installed at the back including a bushshower and sink. Hot water, we obtain via sun or we boil it on open fire in the winter. The kitchen tent is equipped with all cooking material. Researchers cook and eat communally, and everyone has a go at international recipies. The kitchen has a gas stove and fridge.

Camp is unfenced and animals freely travers the area including giraffes and many other wild animals. Springbok and Oryx who like to chew on camelthorn seedpods, can get close to tents at night.

Solar electricity for computers is available at BRinK camp. Mobile phones and music devices can be charged via a usb or with a 12V car charger. Mobile phone connection is available in camp and internet can be used for extra charges.
